We're partnering with an established insurance organization seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients throughout New Jersey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of clients
• Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews
• Educate clients on life, health, disability, critical illness, and supplemental insurance options
• Identify additional coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
• Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and account growth

What We're Looking For

• Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License Required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Self-motivated professional comfortable managing an existing client portfolio
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client appointments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Background in insurance sales, account management, benefits enrollment, or financial services preferred

Experience with supplemental insurance, voluntary benefits, employee benefits, Medicare, or related insurance products is a plus.
