We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of dedicated nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and coordinate nursing services for residents, ensuring personalized care plans are developed and implemented.
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support to promote professional development.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess residents' needs and implement appropriate interventions.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in a nursing management or supervisory role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes.
