Office Manager / ControllerPosition Summary
Lumora Talent Consulting is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and growth-minded Office Manager / Controller on behalf of a growing manufacturing organization.
This position will work closely with leadership, customers, vendors, and team members to help manage the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the business. The role is critical to supporting continued growth while maintaining strong organization, communication, accountability, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will do more than manage office operations. This individual will become an important contributor to the company's ongoing success by helping create efficient systems, supporting financial management, and improving operational effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, solves problems proactively, and wants to grow alongside a successful organization.
ScheduleMonday through Friday
Typical office hours:
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM preferred, or
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Accounting Support- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor cash flow and financial organization
- Support budgeting and financial reporting activities
- Assist leadership with financial decision-making and performance tracking
- Coordinate with outside CPA and accounting professionals
- Help improve financial systems and reporting accuracy
- Help manage day-to-day office operations
- Support internal communication between departments
- Assist with scheduling, purchasing, and administrative coordination
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Help create and improve company processes and systems
- Professionally communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer follow-up
- Support supplier and business partner relationships
- Help maintain strong customer service standards
- Work directly with company leadership to help drive business initiatives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication efforts
- Assist with company growth initiatives and special projects
- Help create structure while maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Improve workflows and office efficiency
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records
- Help implement systems that support long-term business growth
- Assist with reporting, metrics, and operational tracking
- Previous office management, accounting, controller, or administrative leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and business systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the organization
- Strong financial and business mindset
- Ability to lead through organization and communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and proactive

- Ability to balance structure with flexibility
