Cloud Operations Manager

Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity: As part of the Cloud Operations team you lead the deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions that transform client operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in delivering exceptional client service while fostering leadership development and mentoring junior staff to achieve their potential. What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred
• Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models
• Excelling in delivering solutions in dynamic environments
• Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback
• Guiding project delivery from scoping to conclusion

Travel Requirements: Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
