As a Branch Banker within PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based in Dayton, NJ at the Dayton‑South Brunswick branch. Job Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Conduct proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience: 3+ years experience required. Roles at this level typically require an Associates degree or equivalent and related experience or product knowledge. A comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: Associates degree or equivalent. No Degree: A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification, and experience may be considered. Certifications: No required certification(s). Licenses: Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $49,500.00 - $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
