As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in East Brunswick, NJ at the East Brunswick branch.

The job description includes:

• Acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $49,500.00 $82,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
