Radius rule: CSMN/HHP only accepts local MA s within a 50 MINUTE commute. NO radius rule for LVN s or RN s. Licensure: Temp RN/LVN licensures not accepted. Valid perm California license must be in hand at time of submission. LVN s must have a valid IV certification at the time of submission. MA s must have a certification from an accredited school listed on the DAPIP website () or an accepted national cert listed within job details. Time off: RTO must be 7 days or less and not within the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
