The Dental Assistant will support dental professionals across General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery practices. This role involves preparing patients, assisting during procedures, managing infection control, and performing radiographic duties. The position handles varying daily patient volumes, ranging from low to high, and offers ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
• Sterilize and arrange dental instruments and equipment
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatment and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Perform radiography tasks according to regulatory standards
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies
• Implement strict infection control protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in dental assisting
• Certificate or diploma in dental assisting
• Proficiency in dental radiography
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Strong patient care skills
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
