Warehouse Manager

Job Details Job Location: All American Facility Maintenance - Sunrise, FL 33325 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $53,466.00 - $55,741.00 Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment management, receiving and distribution of materials, and ensuring efficient workflow to support facility maintenance projects. This role ensures accuracy, organization, safety compliance, and timely availability of materials needed for field operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of all materials Coordinate material deliveries and pickups for field technicians and vendors Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and damage Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance within the warehouse Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity standards are met Maintain equipment logs, tool tracking, and asset management systems Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to forecast supply needs Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics experience Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or service-based operations preferred Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory software systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification Experience with facility maintenance supply chains Familiarity with work order systems or CMMS platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr All American Facility Maintenance
