Job Description The Bilingual Recruiting role is integral to our recruiting team, focusing on sourcing and acquiring top talent primarily for entry-level and mid-level positions. This position requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool and coordinate throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities Source candidates for entry-level and mid-level roles Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate bilingually (Spanish-English) throughout the recruitment process Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and documentation Support talent acquisition efforts as part of a collaborative recruiting team Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruiting Fluency in Spanish and English Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong interviewing techniques and candidate screening skills Exceptional customer service and communication abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Company Description iJility is a strategic workforce provider that has an operations and engineering backbone.
