Registered Nurse – Nursing

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• At least two years recent experience in the field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care based on established standards of care and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to assess patient health or situation and develop care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress toward care outcomes and adapt plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care processes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
