Executive General Manager

Luxury boutique hotel seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to lead all hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food & beverage, culture, team development, and financial performance. The property features multiple dining experiences ranging from elevated casual to fine dining with up to 9 outlets.

The ideal candidate is a highly visible, relationship-driven leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, builds strong cultures, develops leaders, and drives operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel and food & beverage operations across multiple outlets
Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire department heads and teams
Create and sustain a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, positivity, and guest engagement
Drive financial performance through strategic leadership, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
Maintain strong visibility with guests, ownership, and associates
Partner closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure consistency, innovation, and luxury-level service
Develop and retain high-performing leadership teams
Ensure operational excellence, brand standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the property
Lead by example with a hands-on, team-first leadership style

General Manager Qualifications

Extensive luxury hotel or boutique resort leadership experience as a General Manager or senior executive leader
Strong food & beverage background overseeing multiple outlets
Proven business acumen with success managing high-volume luxury operations
Dynamic leadership presence with the ability to motivate and unite teams
Strong background in culture building, coaching, and team development
Must currently live in Colorado or possess strong ties to Colorado
Stable career progression within luxury hospitality preferred
