Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job Description:Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and interactive elementsIdeate, conceptualize, produce, film, and edit short-form videosGenerate creative ideas for visual content that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audienceExecute social media campaigns in collaboration with the strategy and marketing teamsCollaborate with the team to plan and schedule content calendars and strategically time content releases to optimize reach and engagementPropose and integrate innovative content ideas to stay ahead of industry trendsQuickly adapt to changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and user behaviorsTailor content to suit the unique characteristics and audience preferences of each social media platformManage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising qualityTell brand stories effectively through short-form videos, creating a cohesive and compelling narrative across social media channels and infuse creativity into visual content to enhance brand identity and recognitionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldKnowledgeable and experienced in third-party editing websites (CapCut, Vloo, Filmora, InShot, etc.)Bonus if experienced in video production, after effects, and multimediaKeen understanding of planning, conceptualizing, and producing short-form videosWith at least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creationStrong understanding of different social media platforms and their nuancesProven experience in executing image and short-form content for social media platformsStrong ability to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelinesCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideasProven experience in visual content creation for social media platformsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with industry trends and a passion for staying ahead in the digital landscapeAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong team orientation with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the teamCreative portfolio that includes your sample works (contents/videos posted and/or produced, editing app/websites that you know, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
