We Are Looking for Someone Who Is A smart, caring, perseverant, self-motivated team player Experienced in sales, recruiting, and/or knowledgeable of the legal field A fierce competitor who has been a top performer in their previous role(s) Eager to learn and able to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where you must perform effectively under pressure Comfortable pioneering new ways of thinking, overcoming adversity, and working on solutions that increase productivity Focused on personal and professional growth with an inner drive for success Consistently friendly, professional, and articulate Comfortable with calling and speaking to incredibly intelligent people whose time is very valuable Dedicated to staying at the top of your game, with innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous learning What You\'ll Do Conduct research using various sources including our internal database, internet tools, and Boolean search strings to identify candidates, potential clients, and sales leads Create and maintain spreadsheets for research and sourcing Make targeted outreach via phone and email to potential candidates Take initiative to move projects forward and advance search plans by developing relationships and staying in consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the search process Write thorough candidate submissions, interview materials, and search update summaries to present to clients Maintain detailed notes and data entry in the CRM/ATS after meetings and calls Stay current on legal market developments and emerging technologies, including AI, to drive innovation and enhance recruiting strategies Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree and business acumen Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional phone presence Excellent grammatical and classical writing skills, and joy for writing Passion for building relationships and helping others Minimum of one year prior experience in sales, recruiting, and/or law J.D. degree or prior exposure to the legal industry is highly preferred Dedicated internet connection and professional home office environment Willingness to commute to our office, located in the Denver metro This is a full-time hourly position, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm MT. The role is hybrid, and the majority of work performed remotely. Compensation and Benefits First-year total compensation typically falls between $90,000-$225,000, with a base salary and uncapped performance-based commissions. Actual compensation depends on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, and competencies, and may fall outside the range shown.
