Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing multi‑state law firm to hire an Attorney for its Colorado litigation team. The position offers the opportunity to handle a combination of foreclosure/default matters and related real estate litigation, while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Handle contested foreclosure and default litigation from inception through resolution Attend in‑person court hearings Draft pleadings, motions, responses, affidavits, and legal correspondence Prepare exhibits, hearing materials, and court filings independently Communicate with borrowers, pro se litigants, opposing counsel, courts, and clients Track litigation deadlines and manage case progression Assist with foreclosure reviews and default‑related matters Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and client timelines Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the firm Qualifications Required 2–4 years of legal experience preferred Ability to attend in‑person hearings statewide Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage high‑volume caseloads with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling both substantive and administrative litigation tasks Strong organizational and time‑management skills Preferred Experience in foreclosure, default servicing, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, family law, or other high‑volume litigation Experience working with pro se litigants or emotionally sensitive situations Familiarity with Colorado state court procedures and motion practice This team offers a collaborative and flexible work environment focused on quality, not billable hours.
