Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT license valid in Georgia
• Recent experience working as an OT in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of IEPs, goal-setting, and data-driven intervention
• Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Compassionate communication and creative problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' functional needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
• Facilitate activities that support fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and progress updates
• Collaborate with staff to adapt classroom environments and materials for accessibility
