Surrounded by beautiful wooded grounds and conveniently located just outside of Richmond, Covenant Woods offers a welcoming campus environment with a strong reputation for excellence in senior living and rehabilitation services.
We're currently hiring for a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative interdisciplinary team and provide care across a variety of settings, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
