You'll support the branch by keeping day to day work on track. You'll help create documents, certificates, forms, reports, and other client materials using the right systems and resources. You'll also help make sure data, documents, timelines, and tool use meet process standards, so clients get efficient service and teammates can move work forward. You'll work closely with production and client service colleagues. You'll help keep client support steady, accurate, and responsive. You'll also spot ways to improve the workflow and help the team work better over time.

Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
