What You'll Do

• Provide monitoring and care for cardiac and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and treatments using established protocols
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Demonstrate independent clinical judgment and adhere to standards of practice
• Assist in managing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients
• Support the unit's goal of delivering safe and effective care aligned with organizational policies

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana or compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with cardiac and telemetry patient populations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
