We are seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst who will support sales and operations by managing and improving key technology platforms. This role combines technology support, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys technology, improving systems, and helping others find effective solutions.


What You'll Do

• Manage and support Salesforce, including troubleshooting, system improvements, reporting, dashboards, user support, and Field Service Lightning.
• Support sales and field teams with CRM, scheduling, lead management, and day-to-day technology needs.
• Administer and support ArcSite and Rilla including user management, training, reporting, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
• Develop and improve system integrations and automation to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
• Train and assist users across multiple platforms, ensuring teams understand and effectively use available technology.
• Partner with internal teams and technology vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement new solutions.
• Identify process and system gaps and recommend or implement improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support new technology implementations, including developing processes, training materials, reporting, and ongoing support.
• Manage special projects involving sales technology, data, automation, and operational improvements.

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, CRM administration, business systems, business analytics, or a related field.
• Experience administering or supporting Salesforce required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, field service platforms, or sales technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology and identify the root cause of problems.
• Strong understanding of data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems from start to finish.
