We are hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Professional to help grow one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in Marion County. This is not a remote position and this is not a customer-service-only desk job. This role requires daily outbound calls, quoting, follow-up, closing, and asking for the sale.

If you already have insurance sales experience with State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, an independent agency, an insurance call center, or another carrier, this could be a strong opportunity to join a high-performing local agency with a competitive compensation plan, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a team culture built around winning.

As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will engage new prospects, quote insurance solutions, explain coverage value beyond just price, follow up consistently, and help customers protect what matters most. This is a highly competitive sales position for someone who wants their income to grow with their performance.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, active prospects, referral opportunities, and prior quote opportunities
• Quote auto, home, and personal lines insurance
• Explain coverage options and sell value beyond just the cheapest price
• Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and active prospects
• Ask for the sale, overcome objections, and close new business
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals
• Ask for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity

Requirements

• Comfort and drive to make outbound sales calls daily
