About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Medical Day Stay unit at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering individualized patient-centered care, ensuring optimal patient satisfaction, and collaborating with the healthcare team to manage patient care from admission to discharge. Highlights Location: Holmdel, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with patients and healthcare team. Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience. Administer medications utilizing clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care for health and wellness optimization. Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
