We're growing our team ahead of a planned clinic expansion over the next couple of months, and we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to grow with us and play a key role in shaping that next chapter. What You'll Do Evaluate patients, establish goals, and develop individualized plans of care to improve physical function Provide hands‑on physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy and sport‑specific rehabilitation Document accurately and promptly using our electronic medical record system Apply current CPT and ICD‑10 coding to diagnoses and treatment plans Communicate clearly and collaboratively with staff and patients Supervise physical therapist assistants, aides, and students in accordance with North Carolina practice guidelines Stay flexible as our clinic grows and business needs evolve Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and providing hands‑on patient assistance for extended periods What We're Looking For Requirements: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license Strong manual therapy skills Dry needling certification or training The Ideal Candidate Friendly, energetic, and genuinely passionate about patient care Thrives working with PTAs and fellow PTs as a team Knowledgeable in functional fitness and sports injuries Enjoys mentoring and coaching students Flexible and comfortable wearing multiple hats as we grow Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary starting at $75,000/year 401(k) with company match Continuing education credits Health and dental insurance Flexible scheduling and paid time off A casual, supportive clinic culture with real opportunities for growth as we expand #J-18808-Ljbffr
