Community Specialist | Plaza Frontenac

Job Summary The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and initiatives including supporting product seeding and attending local studios. The role develops and sustains local key relationships with Ambassadors and community partners and delivers a world‑class guest experience on the floor. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience pillars. Establish and manage local key relationships to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and raise the store’s standing as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs. Attend, support, or host local and regional community events. Execute product seeding strategy through partners and ambassadors. Review community‑relevant data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule and Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances may include early mornings or late nights/overnights. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Job Assets (Nice to Have) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or higher education. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range : $20.00‑$23.01 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus : $2.00 per hour. Total Target Base Pay Range : $22.00‑$25.01 per hour.
