Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient contexts, crafting tailored treatment strategies
• Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Guide and educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home-based exercises
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress meticulously in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to promote seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred: CPR certification

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist is highly desirable
