- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
- Process payments and balance shift transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience
- A great smile, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and flexible availability
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate!)
- Oregon Food Handlers Card Required
