This role blends financial oversight, operational monitoring, and strategic planning to ensure strong property performance and long-term value growth. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze property financial performance, including quarterly reviews, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis Provide strategic recommendations on financial, operational, and capital planning matters Oversee third-party property managers to ensure occupancy, collections, and expense control targets are met Monitor compliance with deal-specific requirements and reporting deadlines Participate in annual budget creation and review to align with portfolio goals Review annual audits and prepare related reports for leadership and stakeholders Coordinate communications with investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies Conduct property inspections to assess condition, performance, and capital needs Support refinancing, acquisitions, and other major capital events Lead onboarding for newly acquired or developed properties Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or related field 1–3 years of experience in asset management, property management, acquisitions/dispositions, or related real estate role Familiarity with HUD, Tax Credit, and conventional financing programs a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with MS Project or Smartsheet a plus Ability to travel for property site visits and inspections Compensation for this position goes up to $125,000 + bonus.
