Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - IBHS Chester County

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Chester County, PA! $5,000 - Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs in H&CS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

RATE:

$85 per hour - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - must have active BSL

SUMMARY:

The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team: BCBAs needs throughout Chester County, PA! BCBAs may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs. Flexible scheduling for work/life balance!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting. Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school. Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions. Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). Cases are typically authorized 2- 3 hours per week for each client's family based on medical necessity, and can build a caseload of multiple clients.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months) BCBA (active) PA Behavior Specialist License (active) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738 TB screening - current within 3 months Professional Liability Insurance *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided. The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with these roles.
