Millwork EstimatorPosition: Millwork EstimatorLocation: Proximity to Islandia, NYCompany/Industry: Well-established millwork shopSchedule: On-site, Mon-FriSalary: Competitive, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidateType: Direct hire with benefitsResponsibilities:Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to develop detailed cost estimatesLead takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid strategy for millwork projectsCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricingCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budgetMentor junior estimators and contribute to process improvementsQualifications:5-8+ years of experience in millwork estimatingStrong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and installation practicesProficiency in estimating software; Microvellum experience is highly preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and high-value bidsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $140,000.00
