Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring clients receive graduate-level clinical interventions based on their specific requirements.

• Facilitate communication with multidisciplinary teams regarding patient assessments, treatment interventions, and collaborative care plans.

• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing patients' varied needs, including physical, psychological, social, and educational aspects, regardless of age.

• Manage and coordinate care for assigned patients, collaborating with community agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all therapeutic interventions, maintaining compliance with departmental protocols.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving personalized service goals.

You will work with a diverse population, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges.
