Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Pay: $1000 Signing Bonus & Weekly Pay A Day in the Life: What You Will Do Empowerment & Personal Care: Providing respectful, hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support. Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person‑centered support plans, and assisting with de‑escalation. Community & Integration: Being a bridge to the community. You’ll support individuals with their goals, from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community‑based jobs. Health & Wellness: Supporting health and wellness by administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals. Qualifications We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill. No professional experience is necessary. What We Require (Must‑Haves): A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude. 18 years old or older. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance. A High School Diploma or GED. Ability to pass a background check. What We Value (Ideal Candidate): Experience as an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one; skills in scheduling, advocating, and providing care are valuable. Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.
