Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to work at a leading healthcare organization in Topeka, KS. What’s a typical day as Provider Enrollment Specialist? You’ll be: Reviewing and processing provider applications for enrollment in various healthcare programs. Managing challenging calls and inquiries from healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy. Maintaining a positive demeanor while navigating a fast-paced work environment. Working independently to resolve provider issues and inquiries effectively. Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards in all communications. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have strong customer service and phone communication skills (must have). Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM systems (must have). Possess a basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred). Are familiar with insurance enrollment processes and related guidelines (preferred). Can work independently and maintain strict confidentiality (must have).
