Obsadzovaná pozícia zastrešuje predovšetkým oblasť recruitmentu a celkového supportu pre oddelenie People & Culture . Ako náš nový kolega/nová kolegynka, povedieš náborový proces jednotlivých pozícií a zároveň sa zapojíš do rôznych HR projektov a každodennej agendy. Čo všetko teda budeš robiť? Recruitment bude tvoja hlavná agenda – koordinácia náboru, komunikácia s kandidátmi a spolupráca s P&C Business Partnerkami. HR Support – participácia pri každodenných HR témach a požiadavkách. Práca s HR systémami a nástrojmi. Podpora organizácie interných minieventov a CSR aktivít. Spolupráca pri príprave komunikačných aktivít a kampaní. Čo od teba potrebujeme? Skúsenosť s recruitmentom. Dobré organizačné schopnosti. Schopnosť komunikovať naprieč organizáciou. Angličtinu, ktorá je našim komunikačným jazykom. Chuť učiť sa nové veci a pracovať s HR systémami a dátami.
