Senior RN - In-Home Acute Care Leader

Parkland Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Hospital at Home program in Dallas. You will deliver hospital-level acute care in patients' homes, coordinate care, and support families through transitions while traveling across the service area. The role requires an RN license in Texas, CPR certification, and a driver’s license. Prior acute care and home health exposure are preferred.
