Current advisor moving into management Immediate impact opportunity Strong systems, strong car count, strong team Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor (5+ years) from an independent shop who leads with integrity and genuinely cares about helping customers. This is not a high-pressure dealership role—this is about building trust and long-term relationships. Compensation Base Salary: ~$60K

OTE: $100K–$125K+

Weekly advance against commission Shop Performance (Why You’ll Succeed Here) 50 cars/week currently (growing to 140+)

Strong technician team and production What You’ll Do Build trust with customers and guide them through repair decisions Create accurate estimates and communicate clearly Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency Help drive shop performance and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For 5–7+ years experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop preferred) High integrity and professionalism Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, driven, and team‑oriented Benefits Health Insurance (50% paid after 60 days) PTO:
