Residential Maintenance Technician

Basecamp Property Management is seeking a part time skilled and reliable maintenance technician to oversee the upkeep, repair, and preparation of single-family homes. Troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance requests, including plumbing, electrical, and household appliance and a/v issues. Must have 3+ years in residential maintenance or construction and excellent communication skills.

Flexible schedule, $50/hr, ski pass and company vehicle.
