About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Consulting Services division. This senior leadership role is pivotal in translating executive vision into action, driving organizational priorities, and ensuring the leadership team operates at peak effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the President, defining and driving the annual strategic agenda, and will be responsible for the design and execution of the business rhythm. Key responsibilities include leading operational programs, preparing the President for various engagements, and owning the operating rhythm of the leadership team. The role also involves business performance and analytics, internal communications, and culture stewardship. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in technology consulting, business operations, or strategy roles, with a proven track record of working with or in support of C-suite or senior executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A processes, particularly post-merger integration, and be an exceptional communicator with strong analytical skills. A genuine interest in AI and its application in a business context is essential. A background in a professional services or consulting firm environment is preferred, along with an MBA or advanced degree, and familiarity with change management methodologies. The role requires a leader who can thrive in ambiguous environments, drive accountability, and champion a cohesive team culture across a geographically distributed organization.
