Senior Technology Training Specialist - hybrid Annapolis, MD Annapolis, United States Actual Job Title K23-0094-25L-20 - Senior Technology Training Specialist Job Type FT Contract City Annapolis State/Province Maryland Country United States Number of Positions 1 Job Description The Senior Technology Training Specialist will develop and deliver training and documentation to support applications that are used at the Maryland Judiciary. These applications may include highly customized or proprietary software, Microsoft Office applications, and specialized technical solutions to support the work of the Maryland Judiciary. 1. 2. The Offeror shall propose resource(s) that meet the following minimum qualifications: a. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. The AOC prefers Offeror proposed resource(s) to have the following qualifications: a. At least five (5) years’ experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off the shelf software (such as Microsoft teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, etc., applications). b. At least three (3) years’ experience with developing technical documentation. 1. Offeror shall propose resource(s) possessing the following preferred skills, experience, and capabilities: a. b. Experience with: (1) Developing and delivering in person Instructor Led training for commercially available and proprietary software. (2) (3) (4) Delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups of users. Using Technical applications to support training development such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, etc. Managing training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Ability to: (1) Use methodologies to plan, track, and deliver high quality technical training. (2) Develop technical documentation for commercially available and proprietary software (Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, content for the web, etc.). (3) (4) (5) c. Develop video and interactive recorded training to support technical processes. Coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders effectively. Organize and manage time effectively to handle concurrent training initiatives and deadlines. Knowledge of: (1) Customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts. (2) (3) E. Identification and troubleshooting of user-defined challenges and implementing appropriate solutions. Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. F. Work shall be performed in a hybrid setting each week, Monday through Friday, as follows: a. Three (3) days remote at a suitable off-site location selected by the Offeror/Offeror Resource(s). (1) b. The AOC reserves the right to determine an off-site location is not suitable (e.g., crowded public space with distracting background noise during meetings). Two (2) days on site at the Maryland Judicial College, 187 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. On-site support may be required. The proposed resource(s) must be able to report on-site within twenty-four (24) hours after notification. a. b. If required to report, the Offeror Resource shall report to the Maryland Judicial College, 187 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. The AOC does not have a limit on the number of times the proposed resource(s) may be required to be onsite. The AOC reserves the right to regularly evaluate performance and withdraw remote privileges in the event of a decline in Purchase Order performance. The AOC reserves the right to modify the allocation of onsite and remote work effort throughout the life of the Purchase Order. In the event of a modification, the Contract Manager will coordinate with the Successful Offeror on a mutually agreeable allocation of work effort. If the Offeror proposed resource has a work allocation that includes remote work at any time during the life of the Purchase Order, the Offeror proposed resource may not perform remote work from a country other than the United States of America without prior approval from the Contract Manager. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, Offerors shall not anticipate receiving approval for remote work from a country other than the United States of America. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novalink Solutions LLC
