Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments on admission, obtaining history, vital signs, and relevant diagnostics
- Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction
- Administer medications, monitor effects, and ensure patient safety
- Document care in the electronic health record; maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the care team and communicate with patients and families
- Support discharge planning and patient education

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain NH RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS required
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Clinical experience preferred; ER exposure preferred
- Ability to work in an emergency department/acute-care setting within a healthcare facility
