POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION :

The Cybersecurity Supervisor provides operational leadership for Charter Manufacturing’s cybersecurity program through oversight of cybersecurity personnel, managed security service providers, and day-to-day security operations. This role is responsible for coordinating cybersecurity activities, supporting incident response and vulnerability management processes, developing team capabilities, and driving continuous improvement of cybersecurity operations and services. Partnering with Digital Technology, Operational Technology, Risk & Controls, and business stakeholders, this role supports secure business operations and reduces cybersecurity risk across Charter Manufacturing.
