Specialty Loan Servicing Manager

Managing the operations of specialty loan servicing, the full-time Specialty Loan Servicing Manager will oversee a team responsible for the life-of-loan processing of commercial and small business loans, ensuring compliance and efficiency while working remotely with quarterly travel to East Petersburg, PA. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring accurate and compliant loan boarding and servicing Lead, train, and supervise a team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback Develop and implement operating plans and processes to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 7 or more years of leadership experience managing teams and multiple processes 5 or more years of experience in loan servicing or operations, focusing on specialized commercial loan structures Proven track record in managing and implementing specialty loan servicing processes Hands-on experience with loan management systems, preferably with system implementations or migrations
