Founding GTM Lead (Sales & Growth)

About Us Breach Guardians is a cybersecurity startup helping companies detect, prevent, and respond to security threats before they become breaches. We’re at MVP stage and focused on landing our first paying customers and proving product-market fit. Role Mission Own and execute the entire go-to-market motion: from identifying ideal customers to closing the first 10–50 deals. This is a hands‑on, zero‑to‑one role, not strategy‑only. What You’ll Do?
- Customer Acquisition (Primary Focus) Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Build and execute outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email) Source and qualify leads Book and run demos with founder support
- Sales Execution Close early customers (or drive them to close) Handle objections around trust, security, and pricing Create urgency using real‑world breach scenarios
- Messaging & Positioning Craft high‑converting messaging (pain‑driven: risk, compliance, downtime) Test value propositions and iterate fast Translate technical product into business value
- Funnel Building Set up basic CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive) Build simple landing pages or outreach sequences Track metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline)
- Growth Experiments Test acquisition channels (LinkedIn, partnerships, communities) Explore cybersecurity‑specific channels (MSPs, compliance consultants)
- Breach Guardians offers cybersecurity solutions that combine advanced software for breach detection, vulnerability scanning, and incident response with comprehensive training programs. Their software helps businesses prevent and mitigate data breaches, while their training empowers employees with essential skills in cybersecurity awareness, incident handling, and regulatory compliance.
