Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is seeking to hire full‑time Finish (Interior Trim) Carpenters. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects You will install the following: Base Casing (windows/doors/closets) Crown moulding Hardware Doors Vanities Cabinets Stair rails Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Finish carpentry experience in both residential and/or commercial new construction homes preferred Candidate must have a good work history Dependable vehicle Valid driver's license Ability to use power tools Motivated and reliable Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug screen and physical/work performance test (this is a safety‑sensitive position)

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday‑Friday, 40‑50 hours per week starting at the jobsite at 6am Monday‑Friday, overtime as needed PAY $20‑$40/hr. (determined by experience)
