Assembly Operator - WKND Shift - Direct Hire

Job Overview We’re looking for entry‑level and skilled Assembly Operators to work the weekend shift in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role involves assembling, filling, kitting, preparing, labeling, and packaging product components according to written work instructions. Shift Hours Weekend Shift: 6:00AM – 6:30PM Responsibilities Work individually or as part of a team to assemble, fill, kit, prepare, label, and/or package an entire product or component of a product according to Work Instructions. Complete work based on specifications, drawings, job routings, and/or Work Instructions. Select and move production materials as required. Maintain equipment and materials necessary to complete the operation. Meet established safety, quality, and performance standards to ensure production schedules are met. Record accurate information on Manufacturing Order and perform transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances. Comply with all applicable safety procedures, quality specifications, and 5S Standards. Report adverse conditions, non‑conforming products/procedures, and 5S violations to the department leader in accordance with the escalation procedure. Adhere to department 5S standards daily. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Notify the team leader or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning safety, quality, equipment, operations, materials, inventory, documentation, etc. Demonstrate flexibility by performing rotational assignments as needed. Participate actively as a team member through continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (preferred). Knowledge in the use of scales (preferred). Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred). Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints (preferred). Experience assembling mechanical parts into a finished product (preferred). Experience in using hand and power tools (preferred). Prior experience working in a light industrial facility (preferred). Compensation Starting hourly pay is up to $20.75+ with overtime opportunities. Compensation range: $14.80 – $27.50 per hour, depending on the position offered.
