Assembler

As an assembler in the Composites/Modular Department, you will be involved in manufacturing electrical enclosures and cooling solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include mechanical assembly, packaging, and testing of products using hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, air tools, and hammers. You will utilize work orders and blueprints to assemble units efficiently. This role requires standing throughout the shift and occasionally working independently as well as in a team, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical assembly, packaging, and testing of products.
• Use hand and power tools effectively to assemble products.
• Follow work orders and blueprints for precise unit assembly.
• Stand throughout the shift and collaborate both individually and in teams.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. during the workday.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in assembling and packaging.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and production line experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Desire to enter the manufacturing industry.
• 3+ months of assembly experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience working with tools.
• Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
