About the Role

As an Assembler in our Composites/Modular Department, you’ll help build electrical enclosures and cooling solutions used in critical applications. You’ll perform hands‑on mechanical assembly, testing, and packaging using a wide range of tools — drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, air tools, hammers, and more. You’ll follow work orders and blueprints to assemble units accurately and efficiently. This role is active, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and learning new skills.

• Mechanical Assembly — Build and test products using hand and power tools.
• Tool Operation — Use drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, air tools, and hammers safely and effectively.
• Blueprint & Work Order Use — Follow detailed instructions to assemble units with precision.
• Packaging & Final Prep — Package completed products and prepare them for shipment.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day as part of normal production tasks.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Experience with assembly or packaging
• Ability to perform general labor tasks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort in a production environment

• Interest in starting or growing a career in manufacturing
• 3+ months of assembly experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with basic tools and mechanical processes
• Comfortable standing for an entire shift

You’ll work in a large, high‑speed manufacturing facility that is clean, organized, and dynamic. While the environment is not an assembly line, it is active and fast‑moving. Temperatures can rise during summer months due to limited climate control, so comfort with a warm environment is important.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $2285.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Anoka,MN.
