Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hilliard, Ohio

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience providing pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school or healthcare environment
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently balance a caseload of 38 students
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff
• Passion for working with students across all grade levels (K-12)

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students from kindergarten through high school
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within school settings, adhering to assigned minutes and documentation requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support academic success and overall well-being
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize student outcomes
