You combine creativity with a commercial mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance and unlock growth.You’re excited about Mindspace - our brand, our community, and the experience we create - and want to play an active role in shaping our growth locally.**About the position**We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.**What you’ll do*** **Own growth across Germany:** Build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize a performance-driven marketing strategy across digital and offline channels* **Drive acquisition & pipeline:** Generate qualified demand across locations, products, and services; own funnel performance and partner closely with Sales on targets and conversion* **Run campaigns hands-on:** Directly manage and optimize key channels (paid, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, activations), with a strong focus on CAC, conversion, and ROI* **Lead go-to-market for new sites:** Market analysis, positioning, launch planning, and execution with clear growth targets* **Experiment & optimize:** Continuously test new channels, messaging, and tactics to unlock scalable growth opportunities* **Manage vendors & partners:** Brief and oversee agencies and freelancers where needed, while staying close to execution* **Activate the ecosystem:** Drive high-impact events, partnerships, and local activations that feed into the growth funnel* **Create high-performing assets:** Support sales and campaigns with localized, conversion-driven collateral* **Collaborate cross-functionally:** Work closely with Germany leadership and HQ to align on goals, messaging, and performance tracking**Experience & minimum qualifications*** 5-7 years in marketing roles - must (experience with luxury brands or startups is a plus).* Proven experience in people management - must.* Strong **German** and English (written & spoken) - must.* Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management -must.* Bachelor’s degree - must.* Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations in Germany.* Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - plus**Critical Competencies for Success:*** You drive from concept to completion, owning the definition and execution of programs, processes, and deliverables.* You understand business dynamics, including strategy, revenues & costs, value proposition, sales pipeline, competition, and differentiation* You know how to push a team to success, motivating people while driving focus, pace, and results.* A problem solver – you are a highly resourceful thinker who can provide insightful, innovative solutions.* You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.* Using technology in your work is easy for you – including Salesforce, HubSpot, Data analytics tools, task management tools, etc. Mastering a new tool takes you no time* You're a strong team player who is also capable of working independently in an effective manner* You're excited about Mindspace after doing your research on who we are and what we do**Please submit your application in English** #J-18808-Ljbffr
