Head of Market Segment Biosecurity Solutions (f/m/d)

Job Highlights Define and implement the strategy for the Biosecurity Solutions market segment within Business Line Consumer Solutions incl. implementation and optimization of new business model Take ownership and responsibility for achieving innovation and growth projects as well as revenue, and profitability targets Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and industry trends Lead cross-functional teams in product management, marketing communication & technical marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor network, key accounts and represent the company at industry events and trade shows Collaborate with global teams within BL Consumer Solutions & BU MPP to align strategies and leverage synergies Drive innovation, digitalization and competitive differentiation within the segment for sustainable value creation Experience / Skills University Degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine or a related field Several years of relevant experience in business development, strategic marketing, or product management – ideally within the biosecurity industry Proven track record in market segmentation, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership Strong commercial knowledge, customer orientation, and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Team leadership & project management experience combined with strong entrepreneurial spirit International (work) experience / intercultural know-how Fluent in English & German Contract Type Regular What we offer you Compensation We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program.
