Admissions and Marketing Director

General Duties: The Admissions & Marketing Director leads the school's enrollment growth and brand presence by overseeing admissions, marketing, and communications. This role builds relationships with prospective families from first contact through enrollment, while directing Lakewood Park's marketing team to craft compelling messaging, manage digital platforms, and coordinate school-wide communications. The successful candidate will serve as a visible ambassador of Lakewood Park's mission, creating positive impressions at every point of contact and working collaboratively across departments to support the school's growth and community engagement.

Areas of Responsibility:

Enrollment & Admissions

• Coordinate promotional events (Preview Lakewood, Peek Into Preschool, Kindergarten Kickoff, etc.)
• Attend recruiting functions to promote LPCS in the community
• Cultivate relationships with area preschools and churches to grow enrollment
• Communicate effectively with prospective families
• Host campus tours
• Oversee collection of required enrollment data
• Manage the FACTS admissions portal
• Coordinate new student and family assimilation
• Develop and oversee LEAD Ambassador Program

Marketing & Communications

• Lead Lakewood Park's Marketing Team
• Manage social media accounts
• Coordinate graphic designers and videographers for marketing initiatives
• Manage prospective family communication funnels (email, digital ads, etc.)
• Oversee website development with outside marketing agencies
• Manage and guide aspects of school-wide communication

Fundraising & Events

• Coordinate programming and marketing materials for fundraising events (Gala, Fun Run, etc.)

General

• Additional items as requested by administration

Professional Qualifications

• Two years related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
• Christian education experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Evidence of strong organizational skills and ability to finish tasks in timely manner
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

Personal Qualifications

• Shows evidence of a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Attends a church with a doctrinal statement in alignment with Lakewood Park
• Understands and protects the confidential nature of the information entrusted to him/her
• Values life-long learning and has a teachable spirit
• Works well both independently and in a team environment

Supervision and Evaluation

The Admissions Director is supervised and evaluated by the Head of School.

Commitment Required

This full-time, exempt, year-round position, works 40 hours per week.
